Eyebright
Eyebright is a herb that can suppress mucus production around the eyes, ears and sinuses. Ideal for those who suffer from seasonal allergies or for soothing irritated eyes.
Eyebright can be used internally by adding to feed, or externally as an eye compress.
An eye compress can be made by gently boiling, then simmering a ½ teaspoon of dried herb in a ½ cup of water. Apply after cooling.
